As winter comes to city, diesel-cars owners are getting caught by the frost. It becomes very hard to start the diesel engine in conditions of low temperatures. Idea:
It is a story about a diesel-punk world, that got stuck by a frost storm. The guy and his car is stuck in the middle of the snow apocalyptic city.
